How to create barcode in microsoft word (windows)
Step 1:download
zipped barcode fonts (77 in total) to your local PC. All 77 fonts
are true type fonts(ttf)
Step 2: unzipped the above barcode fonts to your desired
directory (remember this directory path)
Step 3: Install barcode fonts
Open Control Panel (Start->Control Panel). Click on "Fonts" in
Control Panel. Select menu item "New" under "File".
Browse to the fonts directory in Step2. Select any barcode font you
like and click "OK". Now you will have barcode font in your
windows system.
Step 4: Open Microsoft word, input some arbitrary texts,
highlight them and then select barcode font from font drop down. You
should be able to see your barcode now.
You may print it or snag it as an image.
Actually, step 1-3 adds barcode fonts to your system, any editor (like
Macromedia Firework, etc) that uses font could access to the barcode
code that you just installed.
